Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Death Eaters
In book 4, we see some of the trials that took place that allowed some
death-eaters to be freed. Seems to me there's a very easy way to determine
whether or not someone is a death-eater Just look for the
mark on the arm.
Lord Voldemort
When Voldemort attacked the baby Harry Potter, something backfired. I'm
not sure what happened to his body I don't think anything's
been said about that. But it seems that Voldemort was reduced to some sort
of spirit, and that his body was either destroyed or left behind in the
Potter house. For many years he barely got by, sometimes taking over the body
of animals Frogs, snakes, etc.
Based on this, I'm thinking that Voldemort wasn't able to carry anything out
of the Potter house after his attack. So what happened to his wand? It should
have been found in the Potter house. Presumably it would have been destroyed
or else kept somewhere where it would be safe.
So why does Voldemort happen to have his own wand? We know that the wand he has
is his own wand, the one he got from Ollivander years before. We know this
because of the way it interacts with Harry's wand, and because of the "ghosts"
that come out of it during this interaction. Something's fishy here!
