The Making of "Christmas In Seattle"

I began with a photo of Seattle at night. I applied a couple of Filter Factory filters: Color Metalizer to the entire photo and Sparkle to the sky. I added a bit of text, giving me this:

Then I did a circle deformation and applied a spotlight filter. Finally, I added a BladePro background and frame.
